Lucas and his team did an outstanding job restoring the antique pine floors in our new home! From the very beginning of the process when I met Lucas he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. His crew was hardworking and neat, and they completed the project within budget and on time. I highly recommend Lucas and his team!

Oh my gosh! Lucas Miranda and team at Cape United Floors did an amazing transformation of my indoor staircase!!
Such meticulous work!!
I highly recommend this team!!!!!
They rebuilt the entire staircase with such precision and care. The team worked with my family dynamics as I have a Special Needs child and an active dog.
I can’t say enough great things about this experience!!!!!

Lucas and his team at Cape United Floors did an outstanding job of restoring our pool deck and stairs to their natural beauty after years of the wood being covered with brown paint. Their attention to detail and willingness to address all that comes up on a project like this one made it a pleasure to work with them. Truly 5 star service that met all of our needs.

Cape United was great to work with, I immediately felt comfortable with Lucas, his experience and passion for his work was obvious. From start to finish the communication was excellent and they delivered the project on time and on budget. Even my movers were impressed with how quickly the work was done. The quality of craftsmanship is very high, my only regret is not doing this work sooner. I highly recommend Lucas and his team.

Lucas and his team did an incredible job restoring our hardwood floors. From start to finish, they were professional, neat, and right on schedule. The attention to detail truly stood out! Every corner and finish was handled with care. Our floors were very old and worn, and they somehow brought them completely back to life. They now look absolutely beautiful, like brand new. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone on Cape Cod looking for top-quality floor restoration!
